May 29-30 Memorial Day SCCA National
These photos, from Scott Brener of Apple River, IL, have their slide frames stamped "June, 1965" so they are probably from the Memorial Day SCCA National races.  They have a nice feel to them and show some views of the track not often seen.

Spectacular photos of Roy Kumnick sliding down the main straight inverted, and of the safety crews righting the car. Roy got away with a stiff neck, according to the photographer. The Hamill SR-2 was a total, according to Kumnick.
